Matt Kosienski of Eagle Maintenance started in 2018 as the owner of a national cleaning and maintenance service for healthcare provider facilities, providing maintenance services for providers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, New Mexico, and Washington.
Like so many businesses in America, the pandemic hit business hard, and Matt downsized his business’s services to the Seattle and Myrtle Beach areas, and the business became Eagle Maintenance.
Today Eagle Maintenance still offers some commercial cleaning and maintenance services, but our primary focus is residential home improvements in the Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach region…including painting, power washing, hardscaping, concrete, drywall, textured ceiling removal, repair and installation, handyman services and more. We also offer move in and move out services for rentals.
Though we went through many difficulties as a result of the pandemic. We’ve grown exponentially since…thankfully, we have gained back all of the contracts we lost in 2020, and have added many more clients on top of that.
Eagle Maintenance continues to grow, and word of mouth helps us far more than Google ever could! We work to earn our solid reputation every day, we are all arms and legs, and our people are always on the job.
Everybody works, including the owner and his wife. We do things that other companies won’t, and we’re detail-oriented.
Our employees are carefully screened and we pay well above the minimum wage, because we believe in attracting quality people to meet our high expectations.
